The Kappa Nu Omega Sorority, Inc. coat of arms (Sorority crest) and, the name Kappa Nu Omega Sorority, Inc., are registered trademarks/servicemarks with the Ohio Secretary of State government.

The coat of arms must not be reproduced or used under any conditions without the written permission of Kappa Nu Omega Sorority, Inc. Reproduction without permission is a legal infringement, and the violator is subject to prosecution.

All state registered trademarks should be used with the state registration symbol (e.g. Kappa Nu Omega Sorority, Inc.℠
